With extensive experience in industry-standard design tools and a proven track record of driving measurable results my work has consistently improved deal turnover, enhanced website metrics, increased conversions, and contributed to tens of millions of square feet leased.
Below, you'll find a breakdown of the software tools I've mastered over the years, alongside practical knowledge honed through hands-on experience.
Downtown Austin's Capitol View Corridors
Marketing commercial real estate has taught me that constraints, when embraced strategically, can become valuable assets. Through modeling standard massing exhibits, I’ve built precise layers into this model, including projects under construction, development districts, and the Capitol View Corridor—a protected view shed that cuts through the Austin skyline, shaping it in real time.
Unlock Deeper Insights with Conceptual Renderings
The ability to view and manipulate your project files offers a distinct advantage: it reveals internal structures that are often hard to visualize through traditional methods. By applying a material override to everything except the concrete substructure of the 5th & West tower, you can clearly see the split-level garage, with floors extending both above and below ground.
Seamless 2D to 3D Workflow
Starting with provided design drawings (PDF, AutoCAD, or SketchUp files), a floor plan is built and layered in Adobe Illustrator. The layered file is then imported into Cinema 4D, where 2D elements are extruded into 3D forms. With the flexibility of node-based textures, the project can be rendered for various purposes—whether conceptual illustration, photorealism, or artistic representation.
Collaborating with company executives, I made integral contributions in the development of the Transect brand, guiding it from a lean start-up to an emerging mid-growth company. This endeavor encompassed the creation of an impactful website, the curation of engaging cross-channel social media content, and fostering robust internal collaboration. The company experienced a remarkable 3X growth in ARR, maintained strong customer retention rates, drew the media spotlight when it was listed among ‘SA Business Journal’s 2021 Top Ten Companies to Watch’ and was subsequently awarded Series A funding from capital partners.
As Marketing Coordinator I was maintained full creative oversight over a portfolio exceeding 25 Million SF including three prominent high-rise towers in the downtown skyline, six multi-phase legacy projects, and various landmark properties throughout Austin, my contribution is marked by an overall fund growth of 3X and $1.5 Billion in transaction volume, securing 100+ commercial leases, and twice receiving the ‘Best Multi-Family project of the Year’ Award in 2008 for Crescent and 2014 for Whitley from the Austin Business Journal. The subsequent sale of Whitley was hailed as the largest transaction in downtown real estate history (2013, Austin Business Journal)
